New submission from Jan-Oliver Wagner <jan at intevation.de>:

As soon as at least one line is specified in the global
/etc/gnupg/gpgconf.conf, the dynamic configuration dialog for
gpgme does not work anymore, ie. it says "Empty Page".

I tried it with this config entry:
*       gpgsm enable-crl-checks [no-change]

In generally it works as you can try to change the corresponding
option in the "S/MIME Prüfung" tab: If you check, click OK an reenter,
it is unchecked again.

This is observed with enterprise 20070814 debian packages.
With gnupg 2.0.5-2kk. (as it all comes from the Intevation
apt server for "unstable".)

The priority is as high for proko2, but I haven't tested whether it
occurs there as well.
