[Kolab-devel] [issue1942] Kontact: allow to send encrypted emails to not fully trusted recipients

New submission from Jan-Oliver Wagner <jan at intevation.de>:

Kontact currently requires a key with status FULLY TRUSTED to send
a encrypted email to someone.

This behaviour should be changed to:
For status MARGINAL TRUSTED or UNKNOWN TRUST, a warning should
be issued and user confirmation needed to indeed send the email
to the "marginal trusted recepient" or the "recipient with
unknown trust level".
(Pretty much like Mutt does)

This feature would be very helpful for trunk/enterprise/proko2.
