[Kolab-devel] [issue1932] kwallet pops up several times, even when a user don't want to use it.

The user wants to store his kontact passwords without kwallet.
So he configurates his account with kolabwizard, pressing "Cancel" at the
kwallet dialogs.
But after closing kontact, the user is always asked to use kwallet and if he
wants to store his passwords.
This is not correct.

Test:
1. Create a new account.
2. Open kolabwizard, configure the account, set "store passwords" on true.
3. Press "ok" and "Cancel" at all kwallet dialogs(2).
4. Open kontact.
5. Close kontact.
=> The user is asked to use kwallet and if he wants to store his passwords.

Excepted behaviour:
If "Cancel" is pressed for the kwallet dialog, kontact shouldn't use kwallet.
There should be a way to reconfigure this.
