[Kolab-devel] [issue2144] [Horde] Calendar items of shared calendar not appearing

New submission from Neville Makopo <neville at impilinux.co.za>:

1. User A(Kontact) shares own caledar with User B(Horde) and gives full permissions
2. User A's calendar([userA at impi.local] user:userA:Calendar) is displayed on
User B's folder tree
3. User B checks User A's shared calendar to see the calendar items 

>From here User A's calendar items are not shown even though the shared calendar
is there.
