[Kolab-devel] [issue2137] /usr/bin/kolab not created in server 2.2-beta2

/usr/bin/kolab is not created in server 2.2-beta2 (and -beta1)

In the past this was done by obmtool.conf, that code should be copied to the
correct locations in the new install-kolab.sh
