[Kolab-devel] [issue2130] Displayed header type in the mail display is wrong

The user changed the header type, but a in a panel displayed mail uses the old
header type.

Test:
1. Switch to kmail
2. Change the header type (View->Headers->...)
3. Double click on a mail.
Notice: The mail is displayed in the old header type. But it should be displayed
in the new selected header type.
