Here is my proposal

When i create a server for a smb, everything is tied on one
server and most of the time is like that :

Debian + samba + ldap + gosa + kolab + ftp etc...

i don't want kolab to take ownership of the various configs files in this case.

So i think a flag in the kolab.conf should be put to say "don't touch my 
config"

I propose in kolab.conf

kolab_templates = no
