[Kolab-devel] [issue2100] creation-date/last-modification-date in a contact are wrong.

A user created a new contact at 14:00 in timezone CEST. But if this user looks
at the kolab.xml file of this contact, he sees that creation-date and
last-modification-date are at 14:00Z. These are wrong times. It should be 12:00Z.

Test:
1. Switch to contacts.
2. Create a new contact.
3. Switch to Kmail.
4. Look at the kolab.xml file of this new contact.
