[Kolab-devel] Toltec does not show calendar events created by horde

Hi Sönke,

You need to use Toltec 2.2 beta for Horde testing, this is available on the
beta page on our website. 

I have tested all the messages and they all work. The only issue I found
that the name was encoded using HTML standard and not any of the mail or
UTF8 encodings.

Horde = <display-name>S&#xC3;&#xB6;nke Schwardt</display-name>

vs

Kontact = <display-name>S=C3=B6nke Schwardt</display-name>
