New submission from Ludwig Reiter <ludwig at intevation.de>:

enterprise rev.740442

A user starts to creates an event with an attendee. He sends the mails, but
clicks on "cancel" at the choose calender resource dialog.
Then the invitation is send.
If the user clicks on "ok" a second time and send the event, a second invitation
is send.
So the attendee gets two invitations for one event. This is confusing.

The right behaviour should be:
No invitation should be sent, if the user don't enter the event into a calender
resource.
