[Kolab-devel] [issue2246] cyrus-imap munge8bit option doesn't work

Whatever is the value of the munge8bit option in imapd.conf, 8bits chars in
header fields (Subject eg.) are replaced by an X. This doesn't conform to the
cyrus-imap documentation. Kolab specific?
