Test:
1. Switch to Kmail.
2. Create a new contacts folder "test".
3. Sync.
4. Switch to contacts
5. Activate in Contacts the addressbook extension.
6. Copy some contacts to the new addressbook "test".
7. Sync.
8. Switch to kmail.
9. Delete the new contacts folder.
10. Sync.
11. Switch to contacts.
Notice: If you look at the addressbook extension, you still find there the
folder/addressbook "test"
Notice: After a kontact restart everything is fine.
