The "Important" and the "Action Item" flags behave differently, if a user is
given read rights of a folder.

Test:
1. Create four test mails in the inbox:
  * "Action Item" and "Important"
  * "Action Item"
  * "Important"
  * None of both
2. Share the folder with another user giving him only read rights.
3. Sync.
4. The other user syncs and looks at the mails.
Notice : No action items are found, but the important flags.
