[Kolab-devel] [issue2209] toltec tasks with attachments are not shown under kontact after first sync.

Test:
1. Start ol/toltec.
2. Create two tasks with attachment( one attachment with umlauts in the name)
3. Sync.
4. Close outlook/toltec.
5. Start kontact on the same account.
6. Sync.
7. Look at the tasks.

Notice:
After the first sync, one task is on the server but not shown in kontact.
The attachment of the second task doesn't have a MIME type.
After a restart of kontact, everything looks fine.

Add the two task from toltec as attachment(two-toltec-task.zip)
