I found a use case, which could be problematic.

Test:
1.A sends B an invitation.
2.B delegates this event to C.
3.C accepts.
4. But A doesn't like C, so he rejects C's participation.
How can B change his choice and delegate someone else?

B is informed, that C is at the meeting,
and C thinks the event is canceled.
