[Kolab-devel] [issue2193] Sieve error when starting Kontact while offline

IMAP account with Sieve activated tries to contact Sieve port when Kontact
starts, which fails if the computer is offline.

Kontact Version 1.2.4 (enterprise 20071102.731871)

This is no problem with the proko2 version.
