[Kolab-devel] [issue2189] Toltec should trigger "send/receive mails" if sync is pressed.

Sync in kontact also gets the mails from the inbox.
So I think it would be fine,that sync in toltec also triggers 
"send/receive mails". Or the user can configure toltec that way.
