[Kolab-devel] [issue2175] If a user tries to import filters with a not readable file, no error message is shoen.

If a user creates a filter export the rights are read-write for this user only
for the export file. Now a different user wants to import this filters, but he
just gets an empty list, because of the wrong rights.

If the import file is not readable kontact should show an error message.
