[Kolab-devel] [issue2154] Decline of an event opens a composer window in some cases.

A user invites a user to an existing event (with editing). The user can add this
event to his calender or do a standart action. He declines the event, but a
composer window is opened for the declined event. 
In this case no composer window should be opened and the mail should be sent.

Test:
1. A creates an event. 
2.A edits this event and invites B.
3. B syncs and declines the event.
Notice: A composer window with the decline mail is opened.
