[Kolab-devel] [issue1751] delete an attachment of a saved mail deletes the mail.

If I delete an attachment of a saved mail, then this mail is deleted.

Test:
Send testmail with attachment to testuser. Testuser syncs, opens
the testmail and delete the attachment.

Notice: 
The testmail is gone.
