[Kolab-devel] [issue1737] In Kmail Composer, move "Select..." button to the left

In Kontact from enterprise branch, the addressee can be selected with a dialog
opened by the "Select..." button.  This button is positioned on the right side
of the entry field.  One the left of the entry is a drop-down list of header
fields (to, cc, bcc).  Could the button be moved to the left side, too?
