This patch adds overview links to the screenshot page 
<http://kolab.org/screenshots.html>. So the users sees from which versions 
screenshots exists and gets faster to them.

The patch also move all "proko2" screenshots to *one* table (you see no 
different in the HTML layout) and add a CSS rule to avoid the hover effect for 
<a name="id">...</a> in newer browser.
