Tested with enterprise rev.662493.

Test:
I tried to export a secret key in kleopatra.
Choosed a secret key. I was asked about the encoding of the p12 passphrase.
I choosed "utf8". Then it displays a error message: 
"An error occurred while trying to export secret key: General error"
