[Kolab-devel] [issue1704] Toltec should trigger for folder deletion after removing a folder.

If a folder with appointment is removed, the client removing this folder  
should issue a freebusy trigger link so that the server can remove  
the .pdf list out of the cache.  
  
For some discussion see kolab/issue614 (Events from deleted calendar folder 
still show up in free/busy list)  
and the related issue800 for KDE Kontact. 
 
This issue is about the Toltec part.
