[Kolab-devel] Horde Problem

I just installed Kolab Server 2.1 rc1 and after that Horde but in one step
of the installation it says that i should add user tu access Horde in the
file:  /kolab/var/kolab/www/horde/config/conf.php  which does not exist on
my sever any idea ?
