[Kolab-devel] [issue1635] Moving mails with requested notification to draft folder

If you move a mail with a requested notification to the draft folder and
open it, a notification dialog is shown. This dialog shouldn't be shown.

Test:
1. Set "Message Disposition Notification" in kmail->security->REading
  on "ask".
2. Create a new Mail.
3. Set Message Disposition Notification on.
4. Save mail in draft folder.
5. open this mail.
