The only remark that I have: In case this is meant to split Kolab-core
parts from Kolab-add-on parts this would not be achieved with this
change. Once kolab-horde-framework as well as kolab-horde-fbview will
be replaced with the newer packages most of the PEAR packages as well
as horde-framework, horde, horde-turba and horde-kronolith would then
become core parts of the Kolab server since they'll replace these two
old packages.
