[Kolab-devel] [issue1804] Several files apparently missing in kolabd 2.1.0 package

The source package kolabd-2.1.0-20070510.src.rpm does not contain the 
following programs anymore compared to the 2.0 release:

dirservnotify
dirservupdate
kolabdcachetool

These files are still in CVS, and there is no documentation about their 
removal, so I assume the got accidentally lost during the autoconfiscation.
