Here is a tips I found

You have 2 domains : example.com  and example.be
Users in both domain are identical.

My solution.

Create user example.be at example.com

Take your favorite LDAP editor and modify this user to get :

dn: cn=example.be at example.com,dc=example,dc=com
cn: example.be at example.com
alias: example.be  # to let postfix accept email for domain example.be
(the same that modyfing mydetination
alias: @example.be # to convert into ...
mail: @example.com # .... into this


Then in fact we dont need to keep the list of domains into mydestination,
just have the good ldap entry
