[Kolab-devel] [issue1783] Invitation get lost, if no Kalender resource is activated

Test:
A deselects his Kalender resources.
B invates A to en event.
A want to accept, but an error occured:
no writable resource found 
and the invitation is gone.

There isn't any retry. If someone forgets to activate his Kalender resources,
an invitation will be lost.
