[Kolab-devel] [issue1764] Kontact still highlights folders as near quota after quota is increased

Possibly related to kolab/issue1763.

Tested with Kontact enterprise 20070604.671371.  

Starting situation: A Kolab account has a quota of 1MB and uses 42% of that
quota.  The threshold at which folders are highlighted in Kontact is set to 40%.
 After a sync, the folders of the account are highlighted and the properties
dialog shows that 42% of the quota are used.

Now, increase the quota to 2MB and sync.  The quota shown in the properties
dialog is now 2MB and the percentage is 21%.  However, the folders are still
highlighted as near quota even though the percentage is now well below the 40%
threshold.
