[Kolab-devel] [issue1872] Enable IMAP Folder subscription by default

When subscribing to shared folders for example.
Right-Click on a folder and click subscriptions. on the subscriptions
dialog, subscribe to one of these shared folders and then Kontact asks you if
you wish to enable subscriptions. Mistankingly a user might choose not to enable
subscriptions and these could be a problem.

Sometimes Kontact displays other subscribed folders that one did not subscribe
during startup and one has to go enable subscriptions before those folders that
were initially not subscribed to  could go.
