[Kolab-devel] [issue1864] Select Categories -dialog when creating a new event

Calender:
New Event -dialog
=> Button "Select Categories..."
Select Categories - Kontact dialog is opened
=> Button "Edit Categories..."
Edit Categories - Kontact dialog is opened
=> Button "Add": Write new category name / Button "Remove / Button "Edit"
=> Button "OK"
Dialog is closed, but the changes in categories are not updated into the
category list in "Select Categories" -dialog. The changes are visible first
after re-opening the "Select Categories - Kontact" dialog.
