Currently there are no statistics on the activity of OpenLDAP server which is the core of the Kolab 
System.

There is on the net this great scripts for generating statistics from OpenLDAP that imho could be 
integrated within Kolab:

ldap-stats.pl is a Perl program that can be used to analyze and report on OpenLDAP logfiles. The 
available reports include: number of TCP connections sorted by host, the number of binds to the 
directory server, statistics on unindexed searches, operation breakdowns per day, hour, and month, 
and total operation breakdowns per server.
