[Kolab-devel] [issue1628] [doc/www] Add CSS file for printing

This is a CSS file for a better prining of the website. It hide for example the
menu.

The file print.css must to "cvs:doc/www/src/" and you need the following patch
for "cvs:doc/www/src/header.html.m4":
