[Kolab-devel] [issue1620] [webadmin] fix invalid XHTML in form.class.php

This patch fix some invalid XHTML in the file include/form.class.php.

* selected must be selected="selected"
* the "aclselect" entry puts type="aclselect" to the form element, but it must
be type="text"
