[Kolab-devel] web admin translation, warning when packaging?

We still have three untranslated string in the German translation .po
of the web admin interface.

Best would be if we got a warning when releasing packages
that the translations are not complete / fuzzy.
Even better would be a service which shows the current value 
every few hours.

Is there a simple command to get the status of a .po file?
