[Kolab-devel] [issue1606] Allow to run kolab-resource-handlers with PHP cgi

I prepared two patches a while ago that allow authenticated retrieval of
free/busy information under PHP-CGI. Currently mod-php is needed for that. The
patches are intended to not disturb mod-php functionality and only catch the cgi
use case. I would like to apply the patches after 2.1 has been released if
nobody objects.
