[Kolab-devel] [issue1601] KolabConf destroyes Horde Administrator settings

When changing a setting as a Horde Administrator the config files in
/kolab/var/kolab/www/horde/conf (etc)

The Kolabd template file mechanism overwrites these files whenever kolabconf is
executed or a change in LDAP occurs.
