[Kolab-devel] php patch

Hi,

Marcus just noticed that php needs to be extended with the patch that is 
provided here:

it is however not mentioned on the merger list (AFAICS)

Does this mean that patch is not provided upstream at all?  Is it possible to 
provide it upstream and is there a chance that the patch will be accepted?

What about the other php patches?
