[Kolab-devel] [issue2345] Kontact: Incorrectly detected message encoding

No idea about this one - the mail attached is utf8/quoted-printable, from 
kmail, yet I cannot get kmail to decode it correctly.  The a-umlaut in Maerz is 
decoded right, then the rest is missing.  Tested with recent e-b.
