Yes, that is true. At the moment the "manager" login is something I
did not disable completely because I think it would be nice if that
part would also be working out of the box. But in case it does not,
I'll definitely disable it for the release.

Yes, we should probably add some more instructions for the release so
that users know how to handle Horde.
