Indeed a bug. My original intention was to use
/kolab/var/kolab/tmp/horde and /kolab/var/kolab/tmp/fbview as a cache
directory but later changed my mind so that both tools would have the
same cache. But I forgot to adapt the permissions on
/kolab/var/kolab/tmp.
