[Kolab-devel] [issue2328] kolabd logging should go to fsl not host syslog

In Kolab Server 2.2-beta3  kolabd still logs to SYSLOG 
and not fsl. 
 
I do not remember the technical reason for this. 
(Also I could not find an issue, thus I am creating one.)
