Not at the moment please ;) Thomas is still preparing the beta3
release and is nearly finished. Any changes are currently
counterproductive.

Let us resolve the template situation next week.

In general I believe Thomas is right and we shouldn't confuse the
users with developers comments.

The META_* tags do exist in the editable templates and are thus
visible to the user so we should find a different solution.

I once again believe we should place your script in utilities/* rather
than server/* and then put the templates into the corresponding
packages, associated with a small README. THis is dev stuff after all
and as a dev it is no problem to check out the utilities, too.
