[Kolab-devel] [issue2312] Rejecting an invitation does not always work

New submission from basysKom GmbH <kontactbugs at basyskom.de>:

1. tester4 creates an appointment with invitation to tester2 and tester3.
2. Teilnehmer tab: both tester2/3 are set to Status: Erwarte Reaktion.
3. tester4 sends mail

4. tester2 checks mail and accepts "[Akzeptieren]"
5. tester3 checks mail and wants to accept, but the email only shows something 
like
  "[...] Der Status von Teilnemher tester2 at test.basyskom.de wurde geänder zu: 
Erwartete Reaktion"
Expected is an email where tester3 can click reject/"[Ablehnen]".

Note: If you omit step 4 then tester3 *can* reject the mail with "[Ablehnen]". 
That is, the action from tester2 leads to wrong (?) behaviour in the mail of 
tester3.
