Kontact: 1.2.4 (enterprise 20071204.744693)   
  
Kontact should issue a warning when there are two default folders  
of a type in one account.  
See  kolab/issue2133 (Kontact creates a duplicated default groupware folder if 
there is one already) where Kontact alread produces this situation.
