When choosing "Headers" -> "All Headers" from the view menu the
Message-Id: header is displayed.  If the MID is in an email
address like form, like generated by Kontact:
<200712012345.46325.foo at exapmle.com>
then the MID is displayed as an mailto: link, which is nonsensical, 
as the MID can not expected to be a valid email address.
