Hi Alain,

this file is being automatically updated. You will find an example in
the install-kolab.sh script in Kolab CVS:

 /kolab/bin/openpkg index -r . -o 00INDEX.rdf -i .

This assumes that you run the command within a directory that contains
all the newest source packages you wish to install.
