I did finally fix all makefiles so the CVS build should work again as
described in the wiki page. 

In addition I added a short script that automates the procedure of
installing a Kolab CVS environment as well as running an update cycle.
Once you checked out cvs-kolab-sh you should be able to get a complete
development environment by running "./cvs-kolab.sh -i" (or
"./cvs-kolab.sh -i -F -H" to include fbview and horde) while running
"./cvs-kolab.sh" will run a CVS update and refresh your test
environment.

This is of course something that will not work most of the time but
I hope it helps us to keep the server buildable most of the time.
